The Light Side of the Dark

I am looking at the sun through my living room window. The color is amazing, a burning disk, a glorious amber, a deep orange. It’s 4:11pm and I am sipping on a cold watermelon kombucha.

The powerful and invisible wind is blowing all the leaves and dancing the trees. I love watching this ancient dance. I see two squirrels playing hide and seek on a tall maple tree.
Two ninja squirrels, they jump from one branch to another, chase each other up and down and stop for a moment, I smile and take a deep breath and they continue to play until I can’t see them anymore, my eyes can’t keep up with them. Now, the helicopter seeds get my attention, they are mesmerizing and I thank the wind for kissing, blowing them.
Nature’s show. Awareness. Light. Action.

The forest, the bare trees, the sky and the glowing sun look divine together.
I take a sip of my kombucha and the forest is on fire, a burning forest, almost biblical. It’s really beautiful!
I place my left hand over my heart and smile…I am on fire and I wait until there’s nothing left…The sun goes down.

I light a cardamon spice candle. Let there be light. There is Light and Darkness.
I can’t see the forest anymore. When it’s over, it’s over.

Like magic, Venus appears in the sky. Exquisite!
Do the Venusians write about the Earth? A thought appears.
My battery operated candles light up. The dog barks. It’s the beginning, isn’t it?
